Charming staff in a good location

I had a great time thanks to the amazing staff who went out of their way to assist me. The hotel is also just a short walk from the vibrant downtown area.

However, I encountered issues with the lack of hot water during my stay and the absence of an elevator made accessing my room on the upper floor a bit challenging.

Rooms face courtyard, can be noisy at times.

staying at santa maria was a pleasant surprise during my city holiday. the lovely patio and spacious pool exceeded my expectations and were perfect for relaxing after exploring. the hotel also had an excellent location, making it super easy to walk to all the site attractions.

Good place with great amenities like wifi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff even helped return my forgotten hairbrush during my first stay! Highly recommend for a hassle-free trip, and I'll be back!

Excellent location close to downtown and within walking distance to key sites made exploring easy. The clean rooms were complemented by friendly staff who quickly provided a hairdryer and electrical extension. A refreshing pool was perfect for cooling off after a day in the heat, and delicious homemade cakes added a delightful touch to the stay. However, the Wi-Fi connection was spotty, only reliable in the lobby, and some communal areas could feel crowded at times.

It was just a strong match for a break on my long journey in Merida with reasonable value. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me book a fantastic tour to the Mayapan ruins, which was a highlight of my stay. Parking can be tricky. arrive early to snag a spot if you plan on driving.
